small one-cylinder operations to large, multiple function
installations. All control panels utilize top-quality ARO
Pneumatic Logic Controls, a high-flow poppet style constructed
element. These elements require no lubrication or special
filtration equipment with an expected lifetime of 100,000,000+
cycles.
Our air control systems feature neat,
orderly plumbing, providing easy access for maintenance or
troubleshooting. Double hinged panels reduce size and provide
greater installation flexibility.
Manual controls feature a wide
variety of electrical-style machine control operators. Pneumatic
totalizing counter and preset counters are available for counting
and controlling machine cycles.
Systems are 100% tested against
design specifications and requirements before leaving Tec-Hackett.
