Extensive use of "stack" valves simplifies piping, reducing potential leak points, plus manifolds are used instead of subplates to create a more compact unit.      Our hydraulic systems incorporate low-cost case drain coolers on TEFC motors to help eliminate heat build-up during idle or rest periods.

     JIC 37 flared tubing with SAE style O-ring fittings are used wherever possible to reduce hydraulic oil leaks.

     Each hydraulic system built by Tec-Hackett is 100% tested in our facility for proper operation, pressure settings, flows, noise and leaks prior to release for shipment.
